A solution to the hurricane threat

Every year, we have to worry about potential devastation from hurricanes.

Worry no more! I have the solution!

In past years, some have proposed seeding hurricane clouds, with things like silver iodide or dry ice, to weaken them. I submit that it's too late by then. It's even too late once it gets to be a tropical storm.

What they need to do is act while it's a tropical depression. While it's a depression, seed the clouds with anti-depressants! It's that easy! A relatively small investment in Prozac or Zoloft, and the problem's solved!

And at the very least, if it doesn't work, free prozac will rain down on me so that the hurricane won't stress me out too much.

Wait, doesn't a hurricane also require a conflicting cold front to form? If I'm right, we could just parachute Rush Limbaugh there, and all that hot air would mitigate the problem...
