2007 Long Island Rugby Tournament

These photos are from this Saturday. The first one is of our beloved team paramedic, Shelly. She was taking a break. Upon my suggesting a photo, she mentioned my talent for always catching her at her best (she really is very nice and was just having fun)...

Yeah, Flag guy wins this round hands down.

(Although the 'spectator' looks like a very snuggleable second)

Yeah, the guy with the flag was CUTE! And he was pretty nice, too. Straight boy, I gather, but still nice. :)

Now, I'm a pretty rough girl, but any sport where you have to travel with your own paramedic is just too crazy for me. It's hot...but crazy.

The second photo looks like they're doing the Elaine dance from Seinfeld.

I never would have believed that I too would be spending time weekly on a soccer field. I've become that mysterious entity known as a soccer Dad! I note the boys in your pics are way taller than the boys in mine ... but I bet they don't cry when they can't get the ball or tell the coach, "Wait, I have to go pee!"... or maybe they do? :)

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. And welcome, Pink!

Cooper: I think these boys just walk off and find a shrub. :)

Okay, 5th photo down, Can I have the boy catching the ball? Just for a little while would be fine, even.

Or the flagger. I'd take him in a pinch.

You really are good at this kind of photography!
