Thanks to Matt for pointing this one out:
From the "Only in Texas" files: Blind hunters may be allowed to use lasers
I'm not a fan of hunting to start with, but there are blind people who are this desperate to kill something? And there are other people who think it's a good idea to let blind people fire guns? It's not even a good idea to let most people with 20-20 vision fire guns!
Coming next: blind driving!

They also blindly administer justice in Texas through an antiquated system that requires all judges (including their supreme court) to run for office... that's not a biased system, no never... and you wonder why the are the top state in the union for executions :)
What do you expect? It's Texas! It's like a whole other country...
Of course you've seen the reslut of blind hunting. You go out hunting quail and shoot your oldest friend in the face.
Lee: at least they're not letting the drivers loose on the public. But I see your point. :)
Alan: I think I'll pass on a visit to Michigan anytime soon! Blind hunters on their own? Geez!
Shenida: Yeah, it sure is. We have some friends who live there. I don't know how they take it!
Cincy: Now that explains it! :)
Please. Texas was the state where an octogenarian apologized when the Vice President shot him.
