That's what it looked like on my drive home. Yes, I took a photo while driving! I had the DSLR on the seat next to me and picked it up to snap a quick shot through the windshield at a relatively calm moment.
Later, after I got home, Marc and I went back out to do a little shopping before things got really bad. We cut through Eisenhower Park on the way back...
It was getting a little messy. The snow was even starting to stick to the signs...
That's in the back yard.
But business must go on...
It may be easier to tell the rate of snowfall from the evidence left on someone after his quick visit to the yard...
That's it for now!

I'm just such a snow wimp that even LOOKING at your pictures scares the bejeebers out of me. I didn't do very well, as you can imagine, when we lived in South Dakota. I was scared to leave the house all winter and after a particularly awful driving experience, I never drove the car again. You all seem to handle it with a grain (or a few grains) of salt. Even Dodgie is better at it than me! Stay warm. xoxo
Not much choice but to adapt if you live around here, Pua! These things do happen! :)
I miss NYC snow.
I'd be happy to send it to you, if I could, Angie! :)
I like the snow but then again I don't have to shovel it or drive to work in it. My pooches would love the snow.
Rick: Our dogs always did. Dodger is getting old, so he's not as enthusiastic these days. But Mandy always went wild when she saw snow! Bernice would run with her, but Mandy truly was ecstatic when she saw snow!
